Generate and exports reports

You can track user activity on the app through reports. Each type of report gives you different information to understand your users’ behaviors.

The global report allows you to track your learners’ overall commitment to the app. Who logged in? Who is not active? How much time was spent by users on the app? How often are they connected?

Course or category reports as well as course reports allow you to track user participation and completion, at the global, group or individual level. You will also be able to track badges and points obtained by users, for a given route or category.

Evaluation reports will allow you to track the success or otherwise of learners on evaluations.

Create a report

Once in the Reports tab, select the tab corresponding to the type of report you want to generate.

Overall

To create a global report, start by choosing a report start date and an end date. You can then filter the results by group. Each time you change settings, for example active -> inactive, the totals at the top are updated and always correspond to the list of users displayed.

For a global report, you can follow: * The status (an inactive user is a user who has never logged in during the given period) * The number of sessions * The duration of use of the app * The date of the last session

Course report and category

Start by choosing a group, then select the route or category you want to follow. You will then have access to the following information: * Status (an inactive user is a user who has not started a course) * The ranking (if gamification mode is enabled) * The number of XP points accumulated * Time spent on the course or category * The completion rate * The number of badges obtained out of the total number of badges available * The number of duels performed

Course report

Again, start by choosing the group you want to follow. Then choose the course. You will have access to the following data: * Status (started or not) * Course ranking * XP points collected on the course * Time spent on the course * Completion rate * Number of badges obtained

Evaluation report (badge)

Choose a group, a course and then an evaluation. You have access to the following information about the evaluation: * Status (started or not) * XP points obtained * Time spent on the evaluation * Score (percentage of correct answers) * Confirmed or not

You can export all these reports to CSV to import them into Excel or another spreadsheet software to rework these data if necessary.
